KIMBERLY C. EPSTEIN
Kimberly C. Epstein is one of the founding partners of Epstein & Lewis. Ms. Epstein graduated from the University of San Francisco, School of Law in 1993 after pursuing a joint JD/MBA degree. Thereafter, she spent 14 years litigating complex class actions. Her practice focused on securities and antitrust litigation in both federal and state courts. The last 5 years of Ms. Epstein’s legal career were spent researching and running complex cases as a partner with the largest class action law firm in the United States.
During her years as a litigator, Ms. Epstein organized, conducted and managed investigations of matters that resulted in recovery of millions of dollars on behalf of defrauded individual and institutional investors. Following her retirement from private practice, Ms. Epstein joined forces with veteran professional investigator, Martha Lewis. Together, they have discreetly and confidentially provided litigation support services to numerous class action and private litigants.

MARTHA C. LEWIS
Martha C. Lewis is one of the founding partners of Epstein & Lewis. Prior to establishing Epstein & Lewis, Ms. Lewis spent 4 years with a boutique investigations firm in San Francisco before establishing her own firm, Moxie Investigations, Inc. in 2002. Ms. Lewis’ experience includes securities fraud, class action, antitrust, consumer safety and employment cases, including harassment and discrimination claims.
Ms. Lewis has successfully led teams of investigators in obtaining multi-million dollar verdicts over the past decade. She specializes in locating, contacting and interviewing witnesses and maintaining favorable relations with such witnesses. Additionally, Ms. Lewis develops a detailed understanding of case materials such as civil complaints, SEC filings, depositions, corporate documents, public records, and press releases to devise comprehensive investigation strategies. Ms. Lewis understands the importance of providing regular progress updates to focus searches, reduce costs and facilitate additional client guidance.
Ms. Lewis is a licensed as a Private Investigator (CA PI #22820), and is an active member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI), the National Council of Investigation and Security Services (NCISS), and Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (BALIF).
